Fantastic experience: Gavin Cho and his team at the Wellington Dental Practice are awesome. Yesterday I had two crowns replaced. I had not been looking forward to the appointment, expecting the treatment to be uncomfortable and stressful. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Gavin first used his high-tech equipment to identify and design the new crowns. He then produced the replacement crowns and installed them with minimal need for adjustments. The entire appointment lasted for just over 2 hours, with a break in the middle for me to rest my jaw and read a couple of chapters of my book! What I particularly appreciate is Gavin's willingness to take the time to explain the process and provide reassurance. I feel totally confident that I am receiving treatment of the highest quality from Gavin and his staff. Kia ora Sara

Fantastic experience: I rarely write reviews, but in this case I simply must share my experience. I’m so glad I found The Wellington Dental Practice and trusted the excellent reviews about the quality of their services. Let me briefly share my story. I had a problematic tooth for many years that I had reconstructed multiple times, but recently it began to deteriorate severely. I had almost resigned myself to the idea that the tooth couldn’t be saved and would have to be extracted — something I really didn’t want. So I began looking for possible alternatives. That’s when I learned about CEREC technology and started searching for clinics in Wellington that offer this type of treatment. I found that The Wellington Dental Practice restores teeth using this technology. After thoroughly reading the outstanding reviews, I decided to book an appointment with Dr. Gavin Cho, and I haven’t regretted my decision for a second. At the initial consultation, I received a thorough examination of my teeth, including an X-ray. To my great relief, Dr. Gavin Cho said there was still hope for restoring the tooth and that he was willing to take on this complex case. The actual procedure went amazingly well. First of all, I didn’t feel any discomfort — none of the usual unpleasant sensations that typically come with dental treatments. I’d compare it more to a visit to a spa! No pain, no discomfort. Secondly, the whole process from start to finish took no more than two hours, and afterwards, I could smile confidently again. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Gavin Cho and his assistant for their expertise and the meticulous, almost jewel-like precision of their work in saving and restoring my tooth. It’s now been over a month since the procedure, and my crown has settled perfectly — I’ve completely forgotten I ever had anything done to my tooth. I wholeheartedly give this clinic five stars for the quality of their work and happily join the many satisfied clients of The Wellington Dental Practice. Without a doubt, I will be recommending this clinic to my family, friends, and colleagues.

Fantastic experience: I have been under the care of Gavin Cho and Georgia for my Invisalign. Once we had established that we could go ahead with these, the process was so easy. I cannot fault the entire experience. They were amazing. I started my aligners at the end of January 24 and have just finished. We discovered I also needed a crown done, which I was petrified about. But they made it so easy and pain-free. These guys are so good and professiona. I have changed to them permanently as my ongoing provider for my dental care. My teeth look incredibe compared to what they were. I look back and really wish that I had done it years ago. I am 60 now, and it's never too late. You gotta do it. Appointments were easy to manage, communication was awesome, and they were quick and super-friendly. Just Do IT!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Suresh Rajapakse was great. He cane across as genuine, trustworthy, friendly, and knowledgeable. I appreciated the whole process being explained, a breakdown of options, and an exploration of the pros and cons of each one. The administration staff were pleasant and helpful. A fully stocked waiting room with water, coffee, and well-priced products available for sale are a bonus, too. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Incredibly impressed with Dr Talbot. We were referred by my daughter's orthodontist and he was brilliant with her: he was clear, funny, informative and personable. I now see why our orthodontist spoke so highly of him! Looking forward to him sorting our daughter's teeth!

Fantastic experience: While this dental practice is expensive, the attention to one's teeth makes it very worthwhile. The prompt attention to even minor dental problems is most reassuring. Sometimes those minor problems turn out to be rather major issues which only expert knowledge can reveal.

Fantastic experience: Suresh was brilliant, detailed everything excellently and the before and after photos shown what an amazing job he did on my tooth (bit of enamel had fallen away from around a filling). Also fielded a lot of my questions after as I find it all quite fascinating and he gave great insights whilst showing how passionate he is about his job. All great things for one of them scared-of-dentists types like myself!

Laura my Dentist is just amazing, and reception is professional, polite and welcoming, makes someone who gets nervous about going to the Dentist, feel safe and calm. Laura has Netflix on a TV on the ceiling too !
