Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Bianca at Beautifully you over the past 6 years or so for lash extensions and there is a reason I keep coming back. Bianca is professional and she always understands the assignment and can give me the look I'm going for every time. Her studio room is cosy and warm and sometimes I nod off because I'm so relaxed and other times we have great chat because she is just a really down to earth sweet person who makes your feel comfortable and in safe hands with your lashes. Highly recommend Bianca for lash extensions and I have been itching to try her teeth whitening services as her customers results look amazing!

I’m always a bit unsure what to expect when attending home based service but Bianca was even in a uniform, very professional! I had light volume eyelashes applied. My job requires me to travel all over the world, it’s not easy to finding a place that does quality lashes!! I have had all the nightmares you can think of to much glue, not enough glue, wrong length, etc etc but with “Beautifully You” they were perfect every time!! She is so talented and consistent! Her lashes look beautiful, they stay on, they don’t hurt, she doesn’t pull out the lower lashes at the end when trying to open your eye! Her bed is super comfy and she is super lovely! Negative experience: Great

Negative experience: Unfortunately I have to give only one star. Bianca is a super lovely person and very flexible with the appointments but she didn't quite understand what I was looking for in my lashes, and they fell off really quickly. I went to have an infill for Russian volumes and she said that she needs to take my old ones out and do a full set since the lashes were apparently damaging my own lashes. Well, I agreed to it even though I was a bit hesitant. I felt like she rushed the appointment a bit as she had someone else coming after me. When she was finished I realised that she had put very natural lashes instead of volume ones that I paid for. Apparently they were just finer and shorter volume ones. Unfortunately there were some gaps between the lashes and quite many fell off on the first day. I texted her and she agreed to fix it during the same weekend which was super nice of her. She put thicker and longer lashes this time, they looked much better but they started to fall off really quickly again and after only one week it looked like I didn't have many left. I'm not sure what was the issue, most likely the glue as I didn't get them wet nor did I rub my eyes at all.
