Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of visiting Glen Innes Dental Center for a root canal treatment, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the exceptional care I received. A few weeks ago, I was in a lot of pain due to an infection in a tooth that had previously been root treated. The infection was caused by a faulty permanent filling, and I was quite anxious about the situation. Dr. Ankush took on the challenge of retreating the tooth with a clear understanding of the risks involved. His expertise and professionalism immediately put me at ease. He was thoroughly informative, explaining the entire process before and after the treatment, including detailed aftercare instructions that were incredibly helpful. Thanks to Dr. Ankush's skill and dedication, my tooth has healed beautifully and is back to normal. I truly appreciate how he handled my case with such care and attention to detail. Moreover, I must commend the entire team at Glen Innes Dental Center. Every dentist I encountered was not only highly experienced but also friendly and professional. The atmosphere in the clinic is welcoming, making every visit a positive experience. Negative experience: Don’t not go here I am deeply disappointed and horrified by the experience my sister had at this dental clinic. The dentist rushed through her appointment, removing her bad teeth and performing a root canal all in one day, which was extremely traumatic for her. During the procedure, the dentist cut her mouth, causing significant pain and distress. To make matters worse, there was no aftercare offered or provided, leaving her in excruciating pain and with no guidance on how to manage it. Now, her condition has deteriorated so badly that we have to take her to the hospital, fearing for her life. This level of negligence and lack of care is unacceptable, and I strongly advise against anyone trusting this clinic with their dental health

Negative experience: Wow I went for cleaning takes only 15mins for $250, I was sore and hurt really rough and feels like she's rushing. Never ever going to this Dentist again and please think before you go there. I prefer my Onehunga Dentist. I think it's because of the area and there location. Maybe consider retirement

Fantastic experience: Amazing place. The receptionist Sam is so welcoming. The Dentist did the removal of my teeth with breeze I didn't feel a thing at all, she also gave me aftercare treatment on what to do whilst my gums were in recovery and they healed very quickly. I definitely will recommend Naden I think that's her name, she is absolutely amazing.

Negative experience: It was so expensive for fillings and pulled out just one tooth but they don’t do the job properly.. fillings was too much but only for one tooth on right side The way she pulled my tooth which left my other tooth loosen and sore I do not recommend this dentist! They just let u go after fillings without telling you what to do and sht. Poor service

Fantastic experience: Went for checkup and cleaning, Manisa and Cris were very professional and did everything so thoroughly. Even went the extra mile to answer every question I threw at them regarding the state of my teeth and how to maintain them. Pricing is very fair, plenty of on-road parking and I would highly recommend going here.

Negative experience: Good people overall but the worse experience ever, half pulled my teeth left the root inside for 3 weeks , 3 agonizing weeks, had to go to Greenlane Hospital for surgery, all could have been prevented if the job was done right from the start, maybe teeth cleaning and all that other stuff their good at it but please think twice before going to this dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing work. I have been going to Nadine for years for my dentistry work toothaches and crown work. As I got older as we do my teeth have been thinning so for 2years she has talked to me about veneers however due to my children going to a orthodontic and preparing their teeth for the future we tend to hold back. I have recently just got 2 veneers done and have a great smile. Cost well Nadine made it easy for me and I am grateful. Beautiful work and I CAN'T STOMACH NEEDLES now there is gel no pain only pain was that wallet honestly it was worth the smile. My husband is going to get his teeth done now. Thank you Nadine.

Negative experience: John, i went here to get root canal and returned saying it was a failure few years later. that they didnt get everything. sounds unprofessional. even charged me $25 for a scan. i would sue this guy.
